Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrive Cairo
Upon your arrival at Cairo airport, you will find our representative waiting for you with the sign of Ramses Tours. You will then be transferred to your hotel in an air-conditioned car. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 2: Pyramids of Giza, Sakkara, Memphis, and Dahshur
After breakfast, your tour will begin with a visit to the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. You will also see the Great Sphinx, which dates back to the time of Chephren. The Valley Temple of the pyramids and other outstanding photo stops will be included in the tour.
Next, you will proceed to visit Sakkara, Memphis, and Dahshur. At Sakkara, you will see the Step Pyramid of Djoser, which is the oldest stone structure dating back to 2600 BC. You will also visit the Imhotep temple and Mastaba of Ti in the same area. Afterwards, you will visit Memphis, the first capital of Egypt, and see the Statue of Ramses II.
On your way south, you will have the opportunity to visit the Red Pyramid and the Bent Pyramid of Dahshur.
(Optional) In the evening, you can choose to attend the Sound & Light show in the Pyramids area.

Day 3: Luxor East Bank
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the domestic airport for your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, you will visit the Temple of Karnak and the Temple of Luxor.
You will start with an excursion to the Luxor Temple, where you will see its courtyard and the granite statues of Ramses the Great. Then, you will proceed by bus to Karnak, a series of temples built in different reigns. You will explore the Avenue of Sphinxes, the Unfinished Propylon, the Hypostyle Hall with its gigantic columns, the Obelisks of Queen Hatshepsut and Tutomosis III, the temple of Amon adorned with lotus and papyrus designs, the Granite Scarbeus of Amenophis III, and the Sacred Lake.
Afterwards, you will visit the Luxor Museum. Then, you will be transferred to your hotel in Luxor.

Day 4: Luxor West Bank
After breakfast, your tour will begin with a visit to the Valley of the Kings, where many kings were buried. You will have the chance to explore three tombs, excluding the Tomb of King Tutankhamun.
Next, you will visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, built by the only pharaonic woman who reigned ancient Egypt. It was constructed by Queen Hatshepsut, daughter of Thutmosis I, during the 18th Dynasty.
Afterwards, you will visit the Valley of the Queens and the temple of Ramses III (Medinet Habu). You will also make a brief stop at the Colossi of Memnon.
Finally, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Luxor.

Day 5: Edfu, Kom Ombo – Aswan
After breakfast, you will drive to Edfu, where you will visit the majestic temple dedicated to Horus. According to Egyptian myths, this temple is where the falcon-headed god Horus avenged the murder of his father Osiris by killing Seth.
Next, you will transfer to the Temple of Kom Ombo, which stands on high grounds overlooking the Nile. This temple is unique because it has a double entrance, with each one dedicated to a different deity: “Haroeris” with his falcon head and “Sobek” with his crocodile head. The Temple of Kom Ombo is known for its huge sugar-cane.
Afterwards, you will proceed to your hotel in Aswan.

Day 6: Abu Simbel
After breakfast, you will depart to visit the Temple of Abu Simbel. This colossal temple was built by Ramses II (XIXth Dynasty) and was saved from the inundation of the Nile waters. The temple is carved into a sandstone rock cliff, and its façade features representations of the deities to which it is dedicated. Nearby, you will also see the small Temple of the King’s wife Nefertari, dedicated to the goddess Hathor. After the visit, you will return to Aswan.

Day 7: Aswan Tour – Cairo
After breakfast, you will start your tour with a visit to the High Dam, which was completed in 1964. From here, you can enjoy a view across Lake Nasser. You will also sail by boat to the island of Agilkia to visit the Philae Temple. This temple was relocated from its original island of Philae, which is submerged for most of the year by the waters of Lake Nasser. The main Temple of Isis and its monuments were built between the 26th dynasty and the Roman period.
After the tour, you will be transferred to Aswan airport for your flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 8: Departure
After breakfast at the hotel, our representative will transfer you to the airport and assist you with the final departure formalities.
